So one of the steps that causes controversy among chicken lovers is how long you bake the chicken breast. Depending on the thickness and size of the chicken breast, the roast chicken should take between 15 and 20 minutes at 450 degrees Celsius (depending on the thickness of the chicken breast, it takes between 18 and 20 minutes until medium chicken breasts are baked). There are two main reasons for this: cook hard and fast at high temperature and cook at low temperature.

And of course you can also throw away the chicken breast before baking, so that the honey-garlic sauce has more space.
